调制域分析仪中减少随机测试误差的小波变换方法

基于调制域分析仪随机测试误差的特征和数据处理要求，本文简要介绍了小波变换的多分辨率信号处理及其去噪的原理，从理论分析和实验两个方面讨论了信号及随机误差的小波变换特性，给出了减少随机误差的小波变换方法。通过对实测数据的处理，证明了小波变换对换制随机误差、提高测量精度，真实，准确重现被测信号（包括信号的突变部分）具有较好的效果。

A Wavelet Transform Method for Denoising in Modulation Domain Analyzer

Basing of characteristics of quantization error and data processing in Modulation Domain Analyzer, this paper introduces the principle of multiresolution signals processing and denoising with Wavelet transform, A fast algorithms is offered for computing Wavelet transfom of signals. The experimental results show that this method is effective in reducing the random error and improving the measurement accuracy.
