摘    要:简单介绍了2011年2月4日巴西东北部地区发生的大停电事故.事故由Luiz Gonzaga变电站内保护装置元件故障导致开关失灵保护误动引起.对照本次事故,分析了巴西电网采用的失灵保护逻辑方案的不足,并对中国电网的开关失灵保护标准化方案作了详细的分析.分析结果表明,中国电网开关失灵保护标准化方案能可靠避免该类型事故的发生...
