摘    要:如何在确保电网安全的前提下提高电网运行的经济性和节能性是电网短期发电计划的核心目标.针对预防型机组组合以及考虑校正能力的机组组合在经济性方面过于保守的不足,提出了能够精确考虑实时校正再调度能力的最优校正型安全机组组合的模式和模型,在确保电网安全的前提下,扩展了机组组合的优化空间,进一步提高了机组组合的经济性.基于Ben...
