摘    要:针对可再生能源(大型风电场和光伏电站)电站侧蓄电池储能电站(BESS)平抑随机输出功率渡动的功能定位,建立了基于钠硫电池的储能电站动态性能分析与评价模型.根据电网对可再生能源功率输出的不同要求和蓄电池自身运行约束,提出了BESS动态充放电控制策略和2种运行优化目标,建立了不同的评价指标,以便从各种角度对BESS的动态效...
