摘    要:针对输电网架恢复过程中系统的抗扰动能力较弱、设备操作频繁、不确定性事件增多、恢复过程难以保证按预案进行的问题,提出了一种输电网架恢复的动态优化决策方法.该方法由三段式的输电网架恢复策略,根据系统恢复进程动态给定每一恢复步骤的候选恢复目标,综合考虑已恢复的系统节点,利用Dijkastra算法动态生成各目标的候选恢复方案,...
