摘    要:结合中国发电机组大多为燃煤机组以及电力调度中心无法直接获得机组实际煤耗函数的现状,提出了一种兼顾节能减排的竞价交易模式.该模式根据CO.排放函数计算出各机组单位电能CO<,2>排放量和所有机组平均单位电能CO<,2>排放量,以两者的比值作为修正因子来修正报价,以修正后的报价作为调度依据.算例分析表明,该模式不仅有效控制...
