工程陶瓷数控磨削加工工艺研究

摘    要:采用数控精雕机床针对工程陶瓷难加工性问题,以碳化硅陶瓷主镜支架孔为实验对象。经反复试验得出陶瓷孔的加工工艺,包括磨头、刀具的选择、工件的装夹、陶瓷孔加工工艺设计。并利用正交实验技术及信噪比的计算分析,确定在满足工件表面加工质量的情况下,减少加工时间的加工工艺参数,得出适合特定技术要求的高效合理的工程陶瓷磨削工艺。

Abstract:According to the difficult processing of engineering ceramics, the hole that is in the primary mirror bracket of silicon ceramics was examined in order to study with CNC carving machine in this paper. Obtaining the processing of ceramics hole under the condition of experiences one and again, including the grinding, tool selecton, fixing, and the process design of ceramics hole. in the end,getting the best enginerring ceramics grinding process that is efficient and reasonable,at the same time,it is suitful for specific thchnical requirements under the condition of satisfying the surface quality to reduce the processing time. making use of orthogonal experimental technique and the ratio of signal and noise to calculate and analyse.
