| 摘 要： | 集抄系统在整个电力系统的自动化进程中起着非常重要的作用．本文介绍了自动抄表系统的发展现状、HFC网络的特点和基于HFC网络的有线电视集抄系统的原理和实现的功能．并给出了整个集抄系统的组成，主站的功能和设计与实现以及集中器的工作原理和软件的设计与实现。

| Abstract: | Automatic Meter Reading System(AMRS)plays an important role in the automatic developing process of the whole power system. This paper discussed the current developing situation of AMRS, character of the Hybrid Fiber Coax(HFC)network and the theory and function of the AMRS based on HFC network. At the same time, this paper also gave the components of the whole AMRS, the function and design and implementation of the host computer and collector. |
