两种改进的先张预应力混凝土构件施工方法

随着预应力混凝土结构的实践和发展 ,已经形成了比较固定的预应力结构施工工艺。按照预应力结构的实现方法 ,预应力构件可以分为先张和后张预应力构件。其中先张法预应力构件在施工时一般均需要建立张拉台座 ,然后才能施加预应力 ;另外 ,先张法张拉的预应力束一般均为直线束筋。本文提出了不用张拉台座制作先张预应力构件的施工方法和运用张拉台座制作折线预应力筋混凝土构件的施工方法 ,对于先张法预应力结构的实践和发展具有一定的意义。

TWO PROMOTING METHODS OF PRE-TENSIONED PRE-STRESSED STURCTURE

Along with the adoption and development of str essed concrete,relatively sophisticated construction techniques of stressed stuc ture has been formed.In terms of pre-stress methods,pre-stressed structure com prises the pre-tensioned and the post-tensioned.Especially,the erection of str etching beds is indispensable for the construction of pre-tensioned pre-stress ed structures,or pre-stress can't be loaded.Besides,generally,pre-stressed str a nds are all linear.In the thesis,pre-tensioned pre-stressed structure of no st retching beds and zigzag pre-stressed strands concrete structure erected with s tretching beds were proposed,and are fairly meaningful for pre-tensioned pre-s tressed structures. \
