铝合金浅筒形件冲挤复合成形模拟与优化

摘    要:板料冲挤复合成形技术是一种板料成形与体积成形复合的近净成形技术,在汽车、电子和家电等领域具有广阔的应用前景.本文利用冲挤复合成形技术成形铝合金浅筒形件,分析成形过程中的速度场、应力应变场,得出成形特点.利用H-M断裂准则,结合DEFORM-3D软件子程序功能分析成形缺陷.利用正交试验分析凸模与板料间的摩擦系数、反顶力及压边力对裂纹缺陷的影响,再运用BP神经网络和遗传算法对工艺参数进行优化,结果表明优化后工艺参数能够抑制裂纹的产生与发展.

Abstract:The shallow cylinder-shaped part has been formed by use of the combined blanking and extrusion process in the text. The distribution of the velocity,effective stress and effective strain have been obtained and utilized to reveal the characteristics of process.
