混凝土泵车结构动强度试验研究

摘    要:以某公司生产的水泥混凝土泵车为研究对象,对其进行了多工况的动应力测试,通过数据分析,得到各个工况的动应力变化范围和工作频率,通过与对应工况的液压系统实验结果相比较,找到了该泵车动应力较大的主要原因,并给出了最佳的液压系统流量。本研究结果可为厂家进行产品改进提供参考。

Abstract:A concrete pump auto made by a cerlain company is taken as an object to study its strutural dynamic strength. Dynamic stress measurements are made at different working conditions and the dynamic stress range at each working condition as well as its working frequency are gotten by data analysis. The main reason of the high dynamic stress existing in concrete pump auto is found by comparing the corresponding results of the pump hydraulic system test at different working conditions and the optimum hydraulic system input flow is given out. The result of the paper can be looked as a reference to improve the products by manufacturers.
