中板轧机AGC的仿真探讨

摘    要:双机架中板轧制多数未能在粗轧机后安装测厚仪,因而中间坯厚度精度较差,第二架精轧测厚仪也是轧后监测,滞后性较大.测厚计AGC滞后很少,但不同AGC因为偏差信号传递方式不同,厚度控制效果并不相同.本文采用新开发的交互式图形化轧制仿真平台,在设备参数相同前提下,通过输入同种原料条件,对直接轧制和几种液压AGC系统进行了仿真比较,结果表明Dynamic set-AGC方式具有突出的优点.

Abstract:During rolling of medium plate on double stands it is rarely to fit thickness gauge after rough mill, so that the thickness precision of medium slab is worse. Thickness gauge of the second stand of the finish rolling is monitoring after the rolling, thus the hysteresis quality is very strong. However,the hysteresis quality of the thickness gauge AGC is very weak, but the different AGC has the differences of deliver way, the thickness control effect is also different. This paper adopts interactive graph rolling simulation software which is new exploited, based on equipment parameters are same, direct rolling and several hydromantic ply auto -control system was simulated through inputs the same material parameters, it being proved that the Dynamic - AGC was more excellence.
