| 摘 要： | 对87例经临床、血清放免测定确诊为原发性甲状腺功能减退患者进行了甲状腺双时相^99Tc^mSPECT，以了解原发性甲状腺功能减退症的^99Tc^m显像特点，为临床诊断提供依据。结果显示：87例中血流及静态摄取一致性减低者有38例（44％）；血流及静态摄取一致性增高且多为均匀放射性分布者有11例（14％），均为年青患者；3例核素显像结果完全正常。这表明血流及静态摄取一致性减低为其核素显像典型特征，部分年青病例核素显像特征与“甲亢”相似，因此应注意鉴别诊断，密切结合临床。

| Abstract: | 99Tcm SPECT thyroid two-phase images of primary hypothyroidismare evaluated in 87 patients in order to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis. Both blood flow and static uptake concordant decrease are observed in 38(44%) cases. Both blood flow and static uptake concordant increase, and uniform in distribution as well are observed in 11 younger patients. 3 patients show normal results. The results suggest that the typical image of 99Tcm SPECT for primary hypothyroidism is the concordante decrease of both blood flow and static uptake. While a few younger patients' image looked like hyperthyroidism, then differential diagnosis needed to be done by closely connecting with clinical. |
