螺杆泵采油井杆柱断脱机理及其对策

摘    要:造成螺杆泵采油井抽油杆杆柱断裂、脱扣和撸扣的主要原因有杆体外径选择偏小 ,杆体制造或使用过程中产生缺陷 ,堵塞扭矩过大 ,反扭矩大于螺纹联接扭矩以及抽油杆螺纹牙受剪应力过大等。针对上述原因 ,制定了合理选配杆柱 ,加强检测 ,采用专用抽油杆 ,应用无油管采油技术 ,安装防反转装置 ,设置过载保护系统以及加强现场施工管理等技术对策 ,提高了抽油杆柱的可靠性 ,有效地避免了杆柱断脱事故的发生。

Abstract:Factors causing the failure of the rod string in a screw pump well include rod with minor OD being used, defects in the rod body produced in manufacturing and service, excessive torque caused by plugging and reactive torque on the rod string, and excessive shearing stress on the rod thread. Countermeasures are put forward, such as making reasonable selection and matching of the rod string, strengthening inspection, using special sucker rod, applying tubingless production technology, installing anti-reverse unit, mounting overload protection system, and so on.
