摘    要:针对南澳多端柔性直流输电系统在运行中发生的电缆终端渗漏油现象,基于该电缆终端的结构特点开展分析,得出终端内部油压较大、密封精度不能满足要求导致该电缆终端绝缘油渗漏。采取更换压力箱开关处的密封件即在轴向密封位置增加一道角向密封、将压力箱整定压力由0.16 MPa调至理论值(0.1±0.01)MPa等措施处理缺陷。消除缺陷后经5年的实际运行,未再发生渗漏油情况。

Abstract:Oil leakage occurs at the cable terminals of the multi terminal flexible DC transmission system of Nan'ao project.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the cable terminal,it is concluded that the internal oil pressure of the terminal is large and the sealing accuracy cannot meet the requirements,resulting in the leakage of the insulating oil at the cable terminal.Measures such as adding an angle seal at the axial sealing position,adjusting the set pressure of the pressure tank from 0.16 MPa to the theoretical value of(0.1±0.01)MPa,etc.After five years of operation,no oil leakage occurred.
