摘    要:树脂灌封工艺对无槽无刷力矩电机有着至关重要的作用,本文通过对预处理工艺温度、循环真空处理、树脂基体固化机理等进行分析研究,发现使用80℃、40min的预处理工艺温度、3次循环真空处理(控制条件为-0.095MPa,85℃,20min)、咪唑啉引发剂控制整个体系的反应速率,使海岛型增韧剂和反应性增韧剂的增韧效果达到最佳,满足无槽无刷力矩电机电机电枢的灌封要求。

Abstract:The resin encapsulating technology is very important to the brushless torque motor.In this paper,the pretreatment process temperature,cyclic vacuum treatment,curing mechanism of resin matrix were studied.The results showed that the reaction rate was controlled by pretreatment temperature of 80℃,40min,three cycles of vacuum treatment(control condition was-0.095MPa,85℃,20min)and imidazoline initiator,the toughening effect of sea-island toughener and reactive toughener is the best,which can meet the sealing requirement of the armature of the brushless torque motor.
