摘    要:对某厂原油脱后含盐量严重超标现状及原因进行了分析,提出了降低原油脱后含盐量的措施.结果表明,采用油溶性破乳剂能大幅降低原油脱后含盐量,但不能使之完全达标;应用超声波破乳技术可将原油脱后含盐量有效控制在达标范围内.

Abstract:The present situation of salt content in desalted crude oil and its severe superstandard reason have been analyzed, and its reduction countermeasures are presented. The results indicate that using oil-soluble emulsion breaker, salt content in desalted crude oil can be cut down enormously without completely reaching the standard. With the introduction of ultrasonic wave emulsion breaking technology, salt content in desalted crude oil can be efficiently controlled withinthe salt standard.
