Abstract: | We present results from laboratory investigations and industrial tests of imported ion-exchange resins, including cationites C-100 (ppC-100 and pFC-100), C-104 (pFC-104), and C-400 (pFC-400); anionites A-100 (pFA-100) and A-400 (pFA-400) produced by Purolite; and organic-intensive anionites IRA-67 and IRA-900 produced by Room &; Hass, carried out under conditions in which natural waters with a high content of organic impurities had to be treated. Main characteristics of some ionites, obtained from long-term commercial operation of the former, are given. |
