半城子水库沥青混凝土面板坝的现状及相关问题探讨

半城子水库是我国北方地区最早采用沥青混凝土面板防渗形式的砂砾石料坝,以其严重的低温开裂和高温流淌问题为国内工程界所熟知。1985年对该坝采用砂砾石料覆盖和沥青混凝土面板加固等综合措施进行了处理。20年来的运行情况表明,这种加固形式是有效、可行的,对该坝相关技术问题的分析,对国内相关工程有一定借鉴意义。

The Status Quo and the Discussion of Banchengzi Asphalt Concrete Facing Dam

The dam of Banchengzi reservoir was homogenously filled by the sand gravel with an asphalt concrete facing,the earliest one of the asphalt facing dam type adopted in the north of China.The dam has been well-known domestically for its severe low temperature cracking and high temperature sagging on the facing.During the rehabilitation construction of 1985,the asphalt facing was covered by the sand gravel with a stone pitching surface.The twenty-year performance of the reservoir shows that the repair method adopted is feasible and effective.Corresponding problems are discussed in this paper,which may be suggestive to the same domestic project.
