常减压蒸馏装置设备腐蚀和防护对策

摘    要:叙述了胜华炼油厂 5 0 0kt/a常减压蒸馏装置主要设备的腐蚀情况 ,着重研究分析了其腐蚀机理和原因 ,并提出了低温部位应以“一脱三注”工艺防腐蚀为主 ,高温部位则应以材料表面改性和选材为主 ,如Cr5Mo ,12Cr2AlMoV和 3 16L等对策

Abstract:The corrosion of the major equipment in the 500,000 tpy atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in Shenghua Refinery was described and the corrosion mechanisms and causes were analyzed. It was suggested that the "one removal and three injections' should be adopted for the low-temperature section and surface modification and appropriate material selection such as Cr5Mo, 12Cr2AlMoV and 316l etc should be practiced for high-temperature section to control the corrosion.
