| 摘 要： | 我厂５号窑生产线为１０００ｔ／ｄ新型干法生产线 ,设计年产量为２９ ２万ｔ ,设备综合运转率为８０ %。该生产线于１９９２年１０月点火进行试生产 ,由于诸多方面的原因 ,一直未能达产达标 ,经工厂上下多方面整改 ,从１９９７年５月１１日到１９９８年５月６日提前５ｄ实现跨年度达产达标 ,生产熟料２９２２０７ｔ ,运转率８０ ６ %。１９９８年顺利实现年度达产达标 ,生产熟料３００６０１ｔ ,运转率８３ ９ % ,１９９８年１０月通过国家建材局达产达标验收。从试生产到全面实现达产达标的几年中 ,我们根据设备在生产使用中暴露出来的 ,…
