| 摘 要： | 针对实际土石方工程中弃渣场变更引起的索赔问题，考虑土石方开挖和弃渣场清表合并计量的情况，利用合同变更理论，提出了索赔估价公式和索赔估价判据。根据索赔估价判据和索赔估价公式可确定索赔主体和索赔金额。最后利用工程实例进行了计算验证，为承包商和业主协商处理索赔提供了参考。

Study on Claim Valuation Caused by Change of Spoil Area in Earth and Rock Excavation Project |

| Abstract: | On the issue of claim caused by the change of spoil area in practice, considering the conditions of combining earth and rock excavation with spoil area topsoil clearing in unit-price contract, the claim valuation formula and criterion were put forward by using the theory of contract change. According to the valuation formula and criterion, it can be confirmed that who should make a claim and amount of claim. Finally, an example was calculated and verified. It can be referenced by the contractors and owners to deal with claim. |
