考虑线路开断限流的输电网双层扩展规划模型及应用

摘    要:为深入研究考虑线路开断限流的输电网限流的输电网扩散规划情况,将线路开断措施引入到输电网规划中,建立了考虑线路开断限流的输电网双层扩展规划模型,上层规划以输电网全寿命周期总投资成本最小为目标,下层规划在上层规划得出的方案下以开断线路条数最小为目标,上下层交互作用,最终得出满足系统短路电流约束的规划方案,并采用遗传算法和离散粒子群算法结合的混合算法求解所建模型。最后通过Garver6节点算例验证了所提模型和算法的合理性和有效性。

Transmission System Bi-level Expansion Planning Model and Its Application Considering Opening Lines for Short Circuit Current Limiting
Abstract:The measure of opening lines is introduced into transmission system expansion planning, and a bi-level transmission line expansion planning model is developed considering opening lines to reduce short circuit current. The upper model of the bi-level planning model takes the minimum cost of transmission system life cycle investment as its objective. The lower model takes the minimum number of lines opened as its objective based on the transmission line construction scheme derived by the upper model. With interaction between two models, the overall planning scheme which satisfies the short circuit current constraint is derived. A hybrid algorithm combining genetic algorithm with discrete particle swarm algorithm is adopted to solve the proposed model. Results of case study for Garver-6 bus test system verify the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed model and algorithm.
