摘    要:为深入探索高地温条件下早龄期混凝土的力学性能表现,利用混凝土的单轴压缩试验,并结合应力-时间、振铃计数-时间曲线,直观动态地展现高地温环境下的混凝土破坏过程。试验结果表明,高温高湿养护条件下混凝土声发射特征随养护龄期、强度的增加而后移;声发射信号随龄期的变化与混凝土内部材料结构的破坏程度、抗压强度随龄期的变化表现出高度一致的时域特性。研究结果为高地温条件下早龄期混凝土的力学性能研究提供了参考。

Performance Test of Early Age Concrete Used in High Geothermal Temperature Tunnel Lining Based on Acoustic Emission Technology
Abstract:The mechanical properties of early concrete were discussed by uniaxial compression test of concrete. Combined with stress-time and ringing count-time curves, the damage process of concrete was intuitively revealed under condition of high geothermal temperature. The results show that under the condition of high humidity and high temperature curing, concrete acoustic emission ringing cumulative count parameters of signal peak will be shifted with increase of the curing time and the strength. The change of acoustic emission with the age of hardening has higher consistent time domain characteristics between the failure of concrete structural materials and the variation of compressive strength with the age of hardening. The research can provide reference for study of the mechanical properties of early age concrete in the condition of high geothermal temperature.
