摘    要:针对目前城市配电网建设的现状,研发了基于多源异构数据环境的配网故障信息统计分析系统。该系统通过抓取调度自动化系统(OMS)、设备资产管理系统(PMS)和故障抢修系统(TCM)中的故障信息、设备运行数据、设备状态数据进行挖掘和智能处理,在广域专网上打通了跨专业、跨单位、跨区域的现实壁垒,实现了对上海市配网运行状态在不同季节、不同负荷、不同运行方式等条件下故障信息统计分析的目标。通过对上述配电网故障信息统计分析的结果,进而指导配网运维检修、技改规划、网架优化等配网提升工程。

Abstract:A fault information statistical analysis system of distribution network is developed based on multi source and isomerism data environment over backwardness of the present city distribution network construction. The target of dynamic monitoring distribution network operation mode of Shanghai city has been realized by mining and intelligent processing the fault information, equipment operating data, equipment condition data under different season, different load and different operation mode in power dispatching management system (OMS), products management system (PMS) and trouble call management system (TCM). Realities barriers of multi-disciplinary, cross-unit and inter-regional are opened up in the WAN private network. Distribution upgrade projects, such as distribution operation maintenance, technical planning and network frame optimization, are then guided through the fault information statistical analysis system of distribution network.
