摘    要:针对绩溪抽水蓄能电站土石方调配困难的问题,基于动态规划理论,对绩溪抽水蓄能电站上、下库区的土石方进行动态调配规划,并利用Visual Studio 2010平台仿真其调配运输过程,得到的调配结果符合实际,在满足各填筑部位物料需求的同时,还提高了上坝率,减少了中转率,降低了工程造价。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。

Research on Earthwork Allocation Scheme of Jixi Pumped Storage Power Station
Abstract:There are many difficulties for earthwork allocation of Jixi pumped storage power station. Based on the dynamic programming theory, the earthwork dynamic allocation planning of up and down reservoirs of Jixi hydraulic engineering was carried out. And then the transportation process of allocation was simulated on the Visual Studio2010 platform. The result is consistent with actual situation. When meeting the material requirements of filling zones, it improved the direct utilization of dams, reduced the transfer rate and project cost. The research result can provide a reference for similar projects.
