| 摘 要： | 在落实城乡统筹发展战略和<城乡规划法>颁布实施的大背景下,规划面临由"城市"向"城乡"转变的六大发展趋势,在概念层面、战略层面、政策层面、空间层面、操作层面和管理层面均应作相应的变革,以逐步改变长期以来存在的城乡二元结构,实现城乡的和谐统一发展.

| Abstract: | With the implementation of urban-rural development as a whole and the promulgation of urban-rural planning law, there are six trends in the transition from urban planning to urban-rural planning. Reform shall take place in planning concept, strategy, policy, space, operation, and management, to gradually change the urban-rural dual structure and realize harmonious urban-rural development. |
