摘 要: | 分析了碱法炼锌生产过程中锌粉返溶的原因,研究了各因素对锌粉返溶的影响。结果表明,通过降低溶液温度、缩短固液分离时间、减小搅拌速率、电解析出细粒径锌粉等措施,可以减少锌粉返溶量。

Abstract: | The paper analyzes the reason of zinc powder re-dissolution in alkali metallurgy process and the influence of various factors on zinc powder re-dissolution. It was found that the amount of zinc powder re-dissolution can be reduced by reducing temperature, shortening solid-liquid separation time, decreasing stirred speed and liberating fine grain size zinc powder by electrolysis method. |
