活性焦干法在金川镍熔铸烟气脱硫中的应用

摘    要:介绍了活性焦干法脱硫技术在金川镍熔铸烟气脱硫中的应用,包括工艺特点、工程应用、工程设计、工程理念和技术经济分析。结果表明,活性焦干法脱硫技术适应镍熔铸烟气特点和脱硫的要求,脱硫塔采用双段中间进气结构的错流移动床,技术经济指标可靠,能实现SO2减排、硫资源回收利用和清洁生产。活性焦脱硫技术适宜在我国镍熔铸烟气脱硫中进一步工业推广。

Application of Activated Coke Technology in Jinchuan Nickel Smelting Flue Gas Desulphurization

Abstract:The paper has introduced the application of activated coke dry process desulphurization technology in Jinchuan nickel smelting flue gas desulphurization, including characteristics of the technology, engineering application, engineering design, engineering concept and technical economy analysis. The results have indicated that the activated coke dry process desulphurization technology is suitable for the characteristics of nickel smelting flue gas and the requirements of desulphurization. The desulphurization tower adopts cross-flow moving bed of two-staged and middle-inlet structure. The technical economic indexes are reliable and able to realize S02 emission reduction, sulfur recovery, reutilization and clean production. The activated coke desulphurizatic,n technology is suitable to be further promoted in the industry of nickel smelting flue gas desulphurization in China.
