| 摘 要： | 探讨了转制的科研设计院所自建产业园的特征、创业模式和成功的必要因素,论述了工业品众筹是一种可以打通产研循环的新手段,科研设计院所的自建产业园是工业品众筹的优良平台,描述了工业品众筹的流程设计,并作了实例设想。
