| 摘 要： | 建立了多泥沙水体中氯苯类的测定方法。在测定质量浓度范围内,3种氯苯类化合物的标准曲线相关系数均在0.998以上,当进样体积为5 mL时,3种组分的最低检测限为0.006～0.012μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.0%～5.9%;加标回收率为95%～103%。该方法样品用量少,组分损失少,检测限低,节省了时间,无溶剂污染,不仅节省了大量的经费开支,而且又减少溶剂的消耗,减少了对实验人员身体健康以及对环境的危害。

| Abstract: | The determination of volatile chlorobenzenes compounds in sediment-laden water by purge and trap concentrator with gas chromatography was established.The concentrations of three kinds of volatile chlorobenzenes compounds had good relationship with relative coeffiencent over 0.998 at a certain concentration range.The detection limits were 0.006～0.012 μg/L.The recoveries were 95%~103%,and the relative standard deviations of determination results were 1.0%～5.9%.The method was suitable for determination of volatile chlorobenzenes compounds in sediment-laden water. |
