混酸催化1,4-桉叶素异构化合成4-松油醇的研究

摘    要:研究了在磷酸和乙酸混酸催化下,1,4-桉叶素异构化合成4-松油醇。考察了混酸催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:1,4-桉叶素10 mL,在12 mL磷酸与乙酸体积比为6∶1的混合酸催化剂中,反应温度60℃,反应时间8 h,1,4-桉叶素转化率可达74.66%,选择性为75.4%。精制后的4-松油醇质量分数在90%以上。

Abstract:Synthesis of 4-terpineol from isomerization of 1,4-cineole catalyzed by mixed acid was investigated.Effects of types of catalyst,proportion of mixed acid,reaction temperature,reaction time on isomerization of 1,4-cineole were studied.The results indicated that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the amount of 1,4-cineole 10 mL,12 mL mixed acid with the volume ratio of phosphoric acid to acetic acid as 1∶2,the temperature 60 ℃,time 8 h.The conversion rate and selectivity was up to 74.66%,75.4%,respectively.The mass content of purified 4-terpineol was over 90%.
