摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟丙酯为单体,BPO为引发剂,在氮气保护下,采用溶液聚合法合成了水性羟基丙烯酸树脂,探讨了引发剂用量、反应温度对粒径及转化率的影响,中和度等对其水溶性的影响,并用红外光谱表征了中和前后吸收峰变化,用热重对树脂进行热稳定分析。结果发现,引发剂用量越大,乳液粒径越小,反应温度为120℃时,丙烯酸树脂转化率最高,且时间最短最佳,合成树脂热稳定性良好。

Abstract:Solution polymerization method was used to prepare water-soluble acrylic resin composed of methyl methacrylate,ethyl acrylate,methacrylate and hydroxypropyl acrylate with BPO as initiator under a nitrogen atmosphere.Effect of inititator concentration on particles size and distribution was investigated.Effect of different temperature on conversion rate and particles size was investigated,and degree of neutralization on the water-solubility were also investigated.Structures of the resin before and after neutralization were characterized with FTIR.Thermal stability of the resin was investigated with TGA.The results indicated that the greater amount of initiator was used,the smaller particles size of emulsion were,and when the reaction temperature was 120 ℃,the acrylic resin obtained the highest rate at the shortest time,where the synthetic resin possess excellent thermal stability.
