三芳胺类空穴传输材料分析测试方法的研究

摘    要:对三芳胺类空穴传输材料的分析测试方法进行研究。当材料纯度较高时,液相色谱测定结果差别很小,无法比较、评价材料的品质。以一种新型空穴传输材料为对象,将凝胶色谱分析用于材料的纯度评价中,并且通过溶剂提取,将杂质萃取富集后进行液相色谱分析,其浓缩测定结果可以有效体现不同批次的材料间品质的差异,且结果稳定性、重复性好,用于材料品质的评价,与器件评价结果对应良好,为材料工业化生产的品控提供检测方法。

Abstract:The analysis method of triarylamines derivative as a hole transport materials was studied.It can not reflect the material quality difference when the material with high purity.Gel permeation chromatography was utilized with a new substituted aromatic amine compound material as the object of research.By the solvent extraction and concentration determination were applied in analysis of liquid chromatography.Detection results can effectively reflect these quality differences between the materials.And the result is stable and reproducible.Analysis results correspond with evaluation by device very well.It was established the quality control method of the OLED materials.
