摘    要:采用过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原体系引发丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)水溶液进行二元共聚,得到AM/AMPS共聚物。黄金分割法评定确定最佳合成条件为:引发剂0.002 888%,单体20%,AMPS∶AM=20∶80(质量百分比),反应温度45.52℃。用红外光谱(IR)对目标产物进行结构表征,并评价了目标物的溶液性能和稳定性。结果表明,AM/AMPS共聚物的耐温抗盐性优于大庆HPAM聚合物,适用于高温高盐油藏条件。

Abstract:The synthesis of copolymers used(NH4)2S2O8 and NaHSO3 redox system by initiated acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid(AMPS) in aqueous solution was studied.The optimal experimental conditions of the AA polymerization were as follows:molar fraction of initiator was 0.002 888%,total concentration of monomer was 20%,monomer ratio of AMPS to AM was 20∶80,the reaction temperature was 45.52 ℃.The structure of the AM/AMPS copolymer was characterized by IR,and the properties and stabilities of AM/AMPS copolymer was studied.The results indicated that the AM/AMPS copolymer was effective polymer for enhanced oil recovery application in hostile environments.
