摘    要:以溴代丁酸乙酯为原料,经过苯硫酚发生亲核取代,氢化铝锂还原,PCC氧化,以总收率87%获得最终产物,其结构经过1H NMR和MS表征。

Abstract:Sulfydryl substituted aliphatic aldehyde was synthesized from 4-bromobutyric acid ethyl ester by three-steps reaction of substitution,reduction and PCC oxidation.The total yield was 87%,the structure was characterized by 1H NMR and ESI-MS.
