摘 要: | 针对超精密机床系统振动的非定值性,提出了磁致伸缩作动器隔振方案,并运用人工神经网络生成查询表,对隔振系统进行控制。仿真与实验研究结果证明了该方案的正确性。

Abstract: | Based on the vibration uncertainty in ultra-precision machinetool system, this paper presents a vibration isolating system using magn etostrictive actuator. A fuzzy logic lookup table is generated by use of neural network to control the vibration isolating system. The solution is proven of eff ectiveness through simulation and experiment. |
