电极隧道窑二次焙烧温度曲线的实验研究

摘    要:为了得到最佳电极隧道窑二次焙烧曲线,对二次焙烧的工艺参数———最高气相温度及初始段升温速率进行了实验研究。结果表明,最佳工艺参数:初始温度为280℃,最高焙烧温度为760℃,600℃之前的平均升温速率在09℃/min,降温速率不大于7℃/h;并给出了理想的二次焙烧曲线

Abstract:The technical parameterinitial and final temperature in gas phase and the heating rate were studied experimentaly for obtaining optimum temperature curver of rebaking electrodes in tunnel furnaceThe optimum technique parameter is that the initial temperature,the highest temperature and average heating rate below 600 was 280 ,760 and 09 /min respectively,the cooling rate were less than 7 /hThe optimum temperature curve for rebaking electrodes is obtained
