摘    要:随着酶的大量使用,酶的稳定性正越来越受到重视。以嗜极细菌酶作为研究对象,采用基因工程、化学修饰、同定化等方法来实现酶的稳定性。为了找到合适的稳定途径,必须充分考虑酶和稳定方法之间的关系。

Abstract:The stability enzyme has significant importance owing to the large scale use of enzyme.Using extremophiles enzyme as the reference point,a review of stabilization using various methods such as genetic engineering,chemical modification and immobilization has been attempted.In order to find the best stabilization approach,the interactions between enzyme and stabilization approachs must be considered.
