| 摘 要： | 介绍了L-色氨酸（L-Trp,w）因其特有的吲哚环结构能够作为π电子供体参与形成的cation-π复合体以及作为外源引入和内源性荧光生色团应用于蛋白质、药理研究、环境监测、食品监测等方面的应用。
