| 摘 要： | 针对石油钻机用刹车块的特点及存在问题 ,研制了一种具有支撑层和摩擦层的双层无石棉高性能刹车块。通过优选原材料、优化材料配方和生产工艺 ,研制刹车块的各项性能指标均达到或超过SY/T5 0 2 3 94《石油钻机用刹车块》的标准要求。实际装机试验证明 ,研制刹车块制动灵敏 ,使用寿命可达现用刹车片的 2倍以上 |

| Abstract: | Aiming at the features and problems of brake blocks for petroleum drillers,asbestos-free double layer brake ones with high performance,having a support layer and a friction layer,were developed.Through selecting raw materials,optimizing formulation and production technology,the properties of brake one developed fulfil or exceed SY/T5023-94 (brake blocks for petroleum driller)standard requirements.Installed experiment on real petroleum drillers showed that these brakes developed are sensitive in stopping and their life are double as long as these of the present ones. |
