摘    要:提出了一种具有陷波特性的宽带微带线-槽线巴伦。通过采用阶梯型阻抗变换器,拓宽了巴伦的工作带宽。同时,在微带线的开路枝节上增加了一个1/4波长的开路枝节,使得巴伦可以在所需的频段内实现陷波特性。仿真结果表明,巴伦除在1.25~1.46 GHz频带内实现陷波外,在0.38~2 GHz频带内反射系数均<-10 dB,插入损耗均优于-1.8dB。

Abstract:A broadband microstrip line to slotline balun with band notched characteristic is proposed.A broad operating band can be obtained by using a quarter-wave impedance transformer of 2 steps.A notched band can be realized by inserting a quarter-wave open stub on to the open stub of microstrip.The simulated results show that the impedance bandwidth with reflection coefficients less than -10 dB and insert loss better than -1.8 dB covers 0.38~2 GHz except the notched band 1.25~1.46 GHz.
