高强涤纶/金属纤维聚四氟乙烯微孔覆膜滤料的研制

摘    要:聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜具有很好的透气性 ,而对极微小粉尘却有阻隔作用 ,如果与金属纤维复合制成滤料 ,则具有抗静电、耐高温、除尘效率高、使用寿命长等特点。三星纺织滤料厂研究了解决膜的韧性和强力不足、门幅不符 ,膜与基布的粘结度低等问题的重要关键技术 ,在产品基布选择、热合技术、设备改造配套等方面作出改进 ,成功研制出符合要求的新型过滤材料。

Research for the Filter Media Composed of PTFE Porous Membrane and Fabric Made of High-Strength PET & Metal Fiber
Abstract:PTFE porous membrane has very good breath ability and good obstruction for the smallest dust. The composite filter media of PTFE porous membrane with fabric has the special advantages as follows: anti static, high temperature resistance, high efficiency & extending the usage. As the base on overcoming the key technology of membrane tenacity and strength lack, different width, low stickiness with membrane and substrate, San Xing Filter Factory improves the substrate selecting, heat bonding technique, machinery modification to develop the new style filter material for meeting the requirements.
