| 摘 要： | 针对有线网络可靠性高和无线网络移动性好的特点，设计了一个基于ARM的远程视频传输设备，介绍了该设备的设计原理和实现流程。并对设备中所使用的H．264视频压缩模块和自适应链路选择策略进行了重点分析。

| Abstract: | This paper combines the reliability of wired network with high mobility of wireless network to designs a remote video transmission device based on ARM.This paper introduces the design principles and realization of this device,and mainly explains the operational principle of the H.264 video compression modules and the adaptive link selection mechanism used in this system. |
