太阳能发电最大功率点跟踪装置的设计与实现

摘    要:阐述了太阳能发电最大功率点跟踪装置的设计和实现。该装置是为了使光伏电池输出最大功率,主要是由Boost电路和最大功率点跟踪控制器两部分组成。通过A/D转换电路将三个参数Uin(太阳能电池电压)、Uo(蓄电池充电电压)和Io(蓄电池电电流)输入到89C52单片机处理,再由所设计的内部算法程序计算出达到最大功率所需的控制信号,然后由D/A转换电路将其转换成模拟信号,去控制PWM(脉宽调制)电路,从而改变Boost电路的占空比D,使得光伏电池电压与其最大功率点的值对应。该装置的性能由一组实验测试数据得到证实。

Abstract:A solar energy generating electricity maximum power point tracking device is designed and implemented. The device is to make photovoltaic cell output maximum power. It is composed primarily of two parts , Boost DC-DC circuit and maximum power point tracking controller. The three sampling data (solar battery voltage Uin, battery charging voltage Uo and battery electric current Io) are inputted into the 89C52 microprocessor handled by the A / D converter. The maximum power value needed can be achieved by the internal procedures of the algorithm designed. The signal is then converted into analog by D / A conveners to control the PWM pulse width circuit, thereby changing the duty cycle D of Boost circuit, that the battery voltage of solar photovoltaic Uin is correspond with the value of solar photovoltaic to the maximum power point. The performance of the device is verified by a set of experiment test data.
