基于DSP的多轴运动控制系统研究

摘    要:根据开放式运动控制的要求,以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心,通过FPGA进行功能扩展,应用USB总线,设计了多轴运动控制系统,给出了该系统的功能,硬件结构和软件设计方法。该系统具有开放性、高速性、实时性和模块化等特点,适用于机器人,数控机床等先进智能装备。

Abstract:According to the requirements of open motion control,a kind of multi-axis motion control system is designed with digital signal processor(DSP) as kernel,with extending function of FPGA and with application of USB bus.The function,hardware structure and software design method of this system are presents.This system has the characteristics of open,high speed,real-time responsibility and modulation.It is adaptable to advanced intelligent equipments such as robot,digit control machine,etc.
