烧结余能利用的火用分析

摘    要:根据某公司烧结机的现场调研测试数据,通过火用计算数学模型对烧结工序各个系统进行火用分析,得出:整个烧结工序不完全燃烧及化学反应等热力过程造成的火用损最大,占43.3%;回收的部分环冷机热废气火用量占6.8%,未回收的烧结排烟废气火用量占19.6%,其中化学火用占17.8%,远大于显热热量火用量;整个烧结系统火用效率较低,为26.23%,其中烧结机部分不可逆损失最大,火用效率只有34.37%。通过这些分析,为下一步烧结节能技术改造提出了建议。

Abstract:Based on site investigation and test data of sinter machine in a company,exergy analysis was made for each sub-system of sintering procedure through mathematical model of exergy calaculation,and the conclusion is that,exergy losses caused by incomplete combustion and chemical reactions in the sintering process is the higest,which account for 43.3%,the recovered hot waste gas exergy of circular cooler accounts for 6.8%,and unrecovered exhaust gas exergy of sintering system accounts for 19.6%,in which chemical exergy accounts for 17.8%,much higher than the sensible heat exergy.The exergy efficiency of the whole sintering system is 26.23%,the irreversible exergy loss of sintering machine is the highest,the exergy efficiency is only 34.37%.Through these analyses,the suggestions for further technical modification of sintering energy saving were put forward.
