配加菱镁石提高烧结矿MgO含量的实践

摘    要:为了应对低价低品质铁矿石原料使用比例增加,入炉料中Al2O3含量上升,导致炼铁炉渣粘度升高,影响炉况顺行的问题,三安公司采取在混匀矿中配入2%~2.5%的菱镁石,将烧结矿MgO含量提高到2%左右,有效解决了炉渣粘度过高的问题,使炼铁成本得到了控制。但实践也表明,配加菱镁石对烧结生产指标有一定负面影响,因此,其配加量应适当控制。

Abstract:In view of such problems as proportion increase of low-price low-grade iron ore raw materials use,rise of alumina(Al2O3) content in BF burden which leads to rise of BF slag viscosity and affect BF smooth operation,Sanan Company took the measures of adding 2%~2.5% magnesite in blended ores,the MgO content of sinter was increased to 2% or so.As a result,the problem of too high viscosity of BF slag was solved,thus the iron-making cost was controlled.The practice shows that,adding magnesite has certain negative effect on sintering production indexes,therefore the proportion shall be suitably controlled.
