烧结余热发电项目高压变频器的应用

摘    要:根据变频调速的原理,分析了变频器的节能效果,结合宣钢项目中应用高压变频器控制循环风机的实例,对比分析理论数据和现场数据,证实了变频器具有极大的节能效果,为变频器在烧结余热发电项目中推广应用提供了依据.

Abstract:According to the principle of frequency control,the energy-saving effect of the frequency converter was analyzed,in combination with the practical example of applying frequency converter to control circulating fan in Xuanhua steel project,the theoretical data and site data were compared and analyzed,it shows that the frequency converter has a great energy-saving effect,and this provides basis for application and promotion of frequency converter in sintering waste heat generation projects.
