摘    要:邯钢贮运中心共有3台C型折返式翻车机卸车系统,其中2台翻车机投产以来,长期存在翻卸后的空车皮从翻车机本体内推出时脱钩的现象,有近四成的车皮翻卸后拨车机推出空车时钩头挂接不上,空车直接从本体内推出。空车在不受控的情况下从翻车机本体内溜出至迁车台上,与迁车台上的止挡器碰撞后返回停下。长此以往,不但车皮、迁车台设备受到碰撞破坏,而且还存在着人身及设备的安全隐患。本文针对此问题进行了详细分析,并提出了综合改造方案,经实施后取得了较好效果。

Abstract:There are three sets of C type rotary dumper unloading systems in Hansteel storage and transportation center,the unhooking of the empty car from the body of the dumper after unloading have occurred frequently for two sets of dumpers since its start-up.When the car pulling machine pulls the empty car after unloading,40% cars can not be hooked,and the empty cars are directly pulled out,the uncontrolled empty cars slip out of dumper to the transfer platform,and they return and stop after colliding with stop device on the platform.If things go on like this,not only the cars but also the transfer platform will suffer the collision damage,at the same time,there will be hidden personal and equipment safety danger.Detailed analysis was given in view of this problem,and comprehensive modification scheme was put forward,and good effect was obtained after implementation.
